If you want to cancel/modify the order, please advise us of your intent to do so as soon as possible. The following circumstances cannot cancel/modify the order for you: 1. The order has been shipped; 2. The order that needs to be customized has not been shipped but has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Please fill in the correct delivery address. If your delivery address is incomplete, it may cause delays, delivery failures, or returns. If your package is returned, you will need to pay an additional $15 shipping fee to resend it.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose: Standard Shipping: Normally takes 10-25 business days. (Free) Fast Shipping: Normally takes 5-15 business days. (Extra fee) Shipping time is calculated from when the tracking website updates with your package information. If you want to receive your jersey as soon as possible, please choose fast shipping. An additional fee is required. Any additional duties/fees levied by customs for import clearance into the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Gojersey has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. We strive to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving it. However, processing time can vary based on several factors: Time of Year: Please allow slightly longer during the holiday season. Customization: Orders needing customization may require an additional 3-5 business days. While most lettering is in stock, special orders for lettering can take considerably longer. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. If your order has not been shipped within 7 business days, please contact customer service.
